yasyābhāvaḥ sādhyas tena yo viruddhas tena yo viruddhas tasyopalabdhau ca syād asattāyāḥ pratiṣedhyābhāvasya niścayaḥ kiṃ kāranaṃ viruddhasya bhāvasya bhāve sattāyāṃ tadbhāvabādhanāt* / tasya niṣedhyābhimatasya sattābādhanāt* dravyoḥ sahānavasthānād iti yāvat* / yo hītyādinā / vyācaṣṭe / yo hi bhāvo yena .. .. /// 6 /// .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .i .. .. ity āha tadupādānayor ityādi tayor yugapadārambhavirodhāt* / tayor anantaroktena prakāre /// v1 /// bdhiprabhede / na śītaḥ sparśo 'trāgner ityādi / yady apy atrānupalabdhir iti na śrutis tathāpīdaṃ svabhāvaviruddhākhyaṃ liṅgam anupalabdheḥ sakāśān na pṛthag ucyate / kiṃ kāraṇaṃ tata evānupalambhād virodhagateḥ virodhāc cābhāvasādhanāt* viruddho hi kathaṃ niścīyeta / yadi tadupalaṃbhe pratiyogino 'nupala /// 2 /// palabdher abhāvāsiddher ity arthād viruddhavi .. ne 'nupalabdhir eva prayu .. .. .. .iti / bhavatu nāmaivaṃvidhāyāyā dṛśyaviṣayā anupalabdheḥ sakāśād abhāvagatir ataś ceyaṃ pramāṇaṃ sā punaḥ katham anumānaṃ kiṃtu pramāṇāntaram eveti bhāvaḥ / kathaṃ vā na syād ity ācāryaḥ / dṛṣṭāntānapekṣaṇād iti paraḥ / dṛṣṭāntāpekṣaṃ hy anumānam anvayavyatirekava .. /// 3 /// .. .. .. .. mānaṃ dṛṣṭāntānapekṣatām edva na hītyādinā prāha / asyām ity anupalabdhau kiṃ na nirupākhyam ityādi ācāryaḥ dṛṣṭānta evety arthaḥ / tad asad ityādi paraḥ / tad vyomakusumādi asad iti kathaṃ kena pramāṇenāvagantavyaṃ yenaivaṃ syāt* / anupalaabdher liṅgād abhāve sādhye dṛṣṭāntaḥ syād ity arthaḥ / anupalabdher eva liṅgād vyomakusumā /// 4 /// .idyate dṛṣṭānto yasyā asattāsiddher iti vigrahaḥ / athātrāpy aparo dṛṣṭāntas tasyā vyomakusumādyasattāsiddheḥ sadṛṣṭāntatve vānavasthāprasaṃgaḥ / tatrāpy aparo dṛṣṭāntas tatrāpy aparo 'pīti kṛtvā / tathā cānavasthāyāṃ satyāṃ ekasyāpi siddhāv apratipattiḥ / sarvatra tasmād anavasthādoṣaparihārārthaṃ nirupākhya /// 5 /// .. labdhilakṣaṇaprāptasya anupalabdher ityādāv api prayoge dṛṣṭāntānapekṣaṇād ananumānam anupalabdhiḥ / śṛṇvann apīty ācāryaḥ / sakṛd uktaṃ yathā svabhāvānupalabdhau nābhāvaḥ sādhyate kiṃtu abhāvavyavahāra iti tacchṛṇvann api / mūrkhasya trīṇi nāmāni devo divyaḥ prajayatir ity ato devānāṃ mūrkhāṇāṃ pri .. /// 6 /// ..m evāsadvyavahāraṃ sādhyaṃ
