pauruṣeyastrividhaḥ pañcamavedopavedasmṛtibhedāt |
tatra pañcamaveda itihāsapurāṇabhedena dvividhaḥ |
itihāso mahābhāratātmā |
purāṇānyaṣṭādaśavidhāni |
tathāca vāyavīye-
"daśadhā cāṣṭadhā caitat purāṇamupadiśyate /
brāhmaṃ pādmaṃ vaiṣṇavaṃ ca śaivaṃ bhāgavataṃ tathā //
bhaviṣyad nāradīyaṃ ca mārkaṇḍeyamataḥ param /
āgneyaṃ brahmavaivarttaṃ laiṅgaṃ vārāhameva ca //
skāndaṃ ca vāmanaṃ caiva kaurmaṃ mātsyaṃ ca gāruḍam /
brahmāṇḍaṃ ceti puṇyo 'yaṃ purāṇānāmanukramaḥ" //

anayornirīśvarasāṅkhyaṃ pañcaviṃśatitattvaniṣṭhaṃ kapilaśca kāra |

tānyetāni kalpādau paramapuruṣeṇa brahmaṇe 'nugṛhītāni |

purāṇaṃ dharmaśāstraṃ ca vidyāṃ hyetāścaturdaśa //
āyurvedo dhanurvedo gāndharvaścetyanukramāt /
arthaśāstraṃ paraṃ tasmād vidyāstvaṣṭādaśa smṛtāḥ //
aṣṭādaśānāmetāsāṃ vidyānāṃ bhinnavartmanām /
ādikarttā kaviḥ sākṣācchūlapāṇiriti śrutiḥ //
sa hi sarvajagannāthaḥ sisṛkṣurakhilaṃ jagat /
brahmāṇaṃ vidadhe sākṣāt putramagre sanātanam //
tasmai prathamaputrāya brahmaṇe viśvayonaye /

puṃsāṃ śubhāśubhamiśrakarmabhiḥ saṃsāraṃ prakṛtipuruṣatattvajñānena mokṣaṃ ca -
"dharmeṇa gamanabhūrdhvaṃ gamanamadhastād bhavatyadharmeṇa /
jñānena cāpavargo viparyayādiṣyate bandhaḥ" //

yamaniyamāsanaprāṇāyāmapratyāhāradhāraṇādhyānasamādhayo yogāṅgāni |
yogaphalāni ca dvividhāni vidyāvidyābhedāt |
tatra vidyāmayāni bhaktijñānavairāgyāṇi |

svarūpāvasthānalakṣaṇo yo mokṣa uktaḥ, tatrāpi kimātmā prāk svarūpāvasthitaḥ , kiṃvā na |
ādye na mokṣasya karmasādhyatvam, utpattyāptivikṛtisaṃskārātmakatvāt karmaphalasya siddhasya cotpattyādyasaṃbhavāt |

prāgavidyamānasya rūpasya svarūpatvānirvāhāt |
avyabhicārirūpaṃ hi svarūpaṃ bhāṣyate |
karmasādhyatve mokṣasya nityapuruṣārthatā ca na syāt, yat kṛtakaṃ tadanityamiti nyāyāt |
jaḍātmavāde kaivalyasya śūnyakalpatā cāparihāryā pāṣāṇakalpatā vāstheyā |
yat punardravyabodhasvarūpa ātmeti |

bodhābodhayorabhedābhyupagame sadasadādiṣvapyaikyaprasakto jñānasyānuvyavasāyajñānagamyatvaṃ cāyuktam |
jñeyaṃ ca tad jñānaṃ ceti virodhāt |
anuvyavasāyajñānasya svasiddhāvanyānapekṣatve pūrvajñānasyāpi tathātvasaṃbhavāt |

ātmanyapyasiddhasya jñānasyārthaprakāśakatve arthasya jñānaprakāśakatāpi syād, aviśeṣāt |
ataḥ sarvajñānānāṃ svaprakāśatvamāstheyam |
teṣāṃ ca buddhivṛttiviśeṣatvena jaḍatvānna svataḥ prakāśātmakatā saṅgacchata iti cidātmasānnidhyādeva tathātvamāstheyam |
''tameva bhāntamanubhāti sarvaṃ tasya bhāsā sarvamidaṃ vibhāti''; iti śruteḥ |
yat punarbhedasya bhedidharmatvamādāya svaparanirvāhakatvenānavasthādoṣanirasanaṃ, tadapyacāru |
rūparasādīnāṃ dharmāṇāṃ dharmibhyo 'nyonyataśca bhedāsiddheḥ |
na khalu dharmāṇāṃ dharmāntarāśrayatvaṃ sambhavatīti |
kiñca sarvavastūnāṃ bhedo nāmaikaḥ, kiṃ vānekaḥ |
eko 'pi kiṃ jaḍaḥ kiṃ vājaḍaḥ |
ādyenājaḍa ātmanyasau sambhavati |
dṛśi dṛśyānvayāyogāt |
dvitīye tvātmana eva bhedaśabdārthatāpattiḥ, ekasya sarvagatasyājaḍasya vastunastallakṣaṇatvāt |
acetanaścet sa kiṃ bhedāntaramapekṣate , kiṃ vānāpekṣate |
apekṣate cedanavasthā |
nāpekṣate ced bhedamanapekṣyaiva bhedino 'pyane(kā?ke)syurbhedavat |
tasmāt svarūpatvena dharmatvena vā bhedo na nirvoḍhuṃ śakyaḥ śakreṇāpīti |
kathaṃ cetanācetanaprapañcasya bhedaḥ |
kathaṃ vā jīveśvarabhedaḥ |
tasmātkarmamīmāṃsakamatamapi śreyaskāmairnopādeyamiti brahmavādimatamavatāryate |

aupaniṣadāḥ paurāṇikāśca |
aupaniṣadā api dvividhāḥ saguṇabrahmapradhānā nirguṇabrahmapradhānāśceti |

tannidānabhūtā māyāpi bhagavacchaktitvāt satyaiva |
satastilādeḥ śaktīnāṃ sadbhāvadarśanāt |
aghaṭitaghaṭayitṛtvena tasyāṃ māyātvavyavahāraḥ , nāvastutvāt |
'indro māyābhiḥ pururūpa īyate'; iti śrutestasyāḥ pratijīvaṃ bhedaścāstīti yuge yuge mumukṣavo jīvā vāsudevasaṅkarṣaṇapradyumnāniruddhākhyacaturvyūhātmano bhagavataḥ śravaṇakīrtenadhyānapūjanāni bhaktiśraddhāpūrvamanutiṣṭhanto bhagavatprasādena janmādisaṃsārakartrīṃ tanmāyāmatilaṅghya sevānurūpaṃ sālokyasārūpyasāmīpyasāyujyalakṣaṇaṃ mokṣamicchanti |
bhagavatprasādaśūnyāstu tanmāyāvyāmohitā iha saṃsarantīti siddhāntasaṅgrahaḥ |
yathoktaṃ śārīrakasaṅgrahakṛdbhiḥ -
ajñānīni bahūnyasaṃkhyavapuṣo jīvānmumukṣūnapi jñānājñānasamāśrayādanuyugaṃ teṣāṃ ca niḥśreyasam /
māyāmīśvarasaṃbhayādanugamāt sasārasaṃvardhinīṃ keciddevanighātavighnamanasaḥ saṃcakruralpaśrutāḥ" //

pramātṛpramāṇaprameyātmakasya viśvasya tasmin kalpitatvena tataḥ pṛthagasattvāt, svato jaḍatvena tadadhīnaprakāśatvācca |
tadabhāvo 'pi na cidātmānamanāśritya prakāśeta, aprakāśasvabhāvatvāt |
kiṃ punarbhāvā ghaṭapaṭādayaḥ, ātmaiva ced vastu |
yadi ca so- 'khaṇḍātmā, kuto jagajjīveśvarātmakaṃ dvaitamavabhāsate |
sa cenna vastu, na caikassaḥ, kutastarāṃ viśvaṃ bhāseta |
na khalvekaṃ svaprakāśaṃ ca tattvamanapekṣyānekātmakasya jaḍasya viśvasya siddhiḥ sādhayituṃ śakyate |
dvaitasya cedekāntato 'sattvaṃ, tarhi kutaḥ sattvapratibhāsaḥ |
adhiṣṭhānasattayeti brūmaḥ |
yathā śuktisattayā rajatasattvapra(tī?)tibhāsaḥ |
sā hi idami sitabhāsvaravastumātratvena jñātāpi svena rūpeṇājñātā satī rajatānubhavasaṃskāravataḥ puṃsaḥ svāvidyāvijṛmbhitarajatābhāsātmanā bhāsate |
evamātmāpyahamiti prakāśadravyamātratvena jñāyamāno 'pi saccidānandātmakena svena rūpeṇājñātaḥ sannātmāvidyāvijṛmbhitajagajjīveśvarātmakaṃ bhedaprapañcamātmani paśyatīti |

tasmādavicāritaramaṇīyā kācit paramāsmanaḥ śaktireva māyā |

sattvarajastamāṃsi guṇāḥ |
tathātvaṃ ca māyāyāstatkārye jagati sukhaduḥkhamohamayatvadarśanācchruśca |
iyameva kvacidavidyeti kvacit prakṛtiriti kvacidakṣaramiti kvacicchaktiriti kvacinmoha iti cocyate |
(tadvata ātmanaḥ sakāśādākāśādīni pañca bhūtāni tebhyaścidātmādhiṣṭhitebhyaḥ samaṣṭivyaṣṭiśarīrāṇi cotpadyanta iti vedāntinaḥ |

jñānaśakteḥ sāttvikāhaṃkārād digādicaturdaśakaraṇadevatā antaḥkaraṇāni ca jāyante |
kriyāśakte rājasāhaṅkārācchrotrādīni vāgādīni ca jāyante |
tānyetāni mahadādyavanyantāni māyāvinā puruṣeṇa preritānyanyonyaṃ militvā haimaṃ brahmāṇḍamārabhante |
tatra ca caturdaśa bhuvanāni carturvidhaśarīrāṇi ca bhavantīti, teṣu ca deheṣu sarvanidānabhūtaścidātmā sākṣitvenābhimānitvena praviśati |
sākṣī parameśvaraḥ |
abhimānī jīvaḥ, 'dvā suparṇe'tyīdiśruteḥ, 'īśvaraḥ sarvabhūtānām'; ityādismṛteśca |
evaṃ cānayoḥ pakṣayorbhūtabhautikalakṣaṇaṃ māyākāryaṃ prameyam |
pratyakṣādīni ṣaḍaṣṭau vā pramāṇāni |

sa pratyakṣānumānagamyaḥ pratikṣetraṃ māyayā bhinnaḥ |
parameśvarastarkāparaparyāyānumānasahakṛtaśrutipramāṇato nityaśuddhabuddhamuktasvabhāvaḥ sarvajñaḥ sarvaśaktirguṇatrayātmikayā māyayā viśvasṛṣṭisthitisaṃhāratirobhāvānugrahalakṣaṇaiḥ pañcavidhaḥ kṛtyaiḥ svātmanyeva viharati |
sarvakṣetreṣveka eva sthitaḥ san sarvānkṣetrajñānniyamayati ca |
na caikasmin niyāmyaniyāmakabhāvāsaṃbhavaḥ |
māyīyabhedāśrayeṇa tatsaṃbhavāt |
evaṃ dvaitaprapañcaḥ sarvo māyāmayaḥ |
advitīyaṃ brahmaiva paramārthato 'sti |
anayormatayorbandhasyāvidyānibandhanatvāt tannivṛttireva mokṣaḥ |
sa ca 'ātmā vā are draṣṭavyaḥ'; ityādiśrutyā ātmadarśanamanūdya tatsādhanatvena śravaṇādividhānād, vedāntaśravaṇādi kurvato vivekādisādhanasampannasya puṃso bhagavaccaritraśravaṇādibhiḥ pariśodhitāntaḥkaraṇasyāhaṃ brahmāsmīti jīvaparaikyasākṣādbodhe sati sidhyedityakhilamanāvilam ||
